Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse, part of Dividend Restaurant Group, is seeking a Broiler Chef - SSH to join its culinary team. The role focuses on broiling, grilling and sautéing proteins to precise doneness, while coordinating food orders to ensure timely delivery to tables.

A fast-paced environment and accuracy in recipe adherence are essential. Experience of at least six months in a related role is preferred, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to stay standing and alert for long periods.
• At least six months of related kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Broil, grill and/or sauté and use a top-broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient service.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
