Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock is seeking a dedicated Broiler Chef to join the line. You will work on broilers and the top broiler, preparing proteins to requested doneness, following recipes and plating standards.

This role requires the ability to stay on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborate with the team, and help ensure timely delivery of guests’ meals. Prior kitchen experience preferred; benefits and opportunities available.

Formación

• Six months related kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Broil, grill, and saute proteins to desired doneness.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to tables.
• Follow recipe and plating guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
