Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Resourceful and collaborative with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license; driving record will be checked.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily network, local, and syndicated lineup updates across seven channels and communicate changes to partners.
• Manage the NBC Portal and communications with the NBC programming team.
• Ensure program titles are accurate in Nielsen ratings systems.
• Write and edit programming schedules for the weekly employee newsletter.
• Assist in scheduling promotional projects and coordinating with news on related segments.
• Maintain syndicated programming contracts and advise leadership on timelines.
• Schedule and reschedule children's educational programming and analyze data for FCC reports.
• Coordinate quarterly FCC Issues & Programs reports with local and corporate teams.
• Manage daily lineup updates for the KOB Streaming Channel and fill gaps with streaming-only specials.
• Coordinate with Master Control on recording schedules, special programming, and captioning.
