Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in broadcasting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple events.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live television broadcasts and scheduling.
• Plan and schedule programming based on broadcast length and demographics.
• Prepare production budgets and call sheets.
• Facilitate production meetings and coordinate between departments.
• Conduct interviews and arrange production for live TV.
• Review program information for accuracy and provide to local media outlets.
• Maintain equipment and perform office administration.
• Represent GRBC in marketing outreach and network opportunities.
• Draft quotes and process invoices.
