Job summary

Miami HEAT is seeking a Broadcast Intern to gain hands-on experience with a professional NBA broadcast crew. The internship is designed for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in production, such as producer, director, editor, or production assistant.

Interns will be immersed in day-to-day live broadcast operations, supporting game and studio productions while learning workflows used in NBA broadcasting, with on-site work at Kaseya Center in Miami, FL.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

• Logging and organizing game and studio content
• Conducting research to support live broadcasts
• Assisting with basic editing projects
• Assisting producers, directors, and editors with daily production needs

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Enrolled in a university or technical college, or within 12 months post‑graduation
• Alternatively, 12 months of relevant experience

Additional Information

• Must be available to work August 3, 2026 through May 15, 2027 at 24 hours a week
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with all shifts being on-site at Kaseya Center in Miami, FL
• Must work well in a collaborative, team-based environment
