Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department.
• Maintain broadcast technology and equipment for station and transmitter sites.
• Ensure FCC/local/state/federal compliance.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer on new technologies and infrastructure.
• Manage engineering capital projects within budgets.
• Coordinate fiber connectivity, A/V routing, and production setups.
• Evaluate, install, service, and maintain station equipment and IT systems.
• Repair and maintain station facilities and building infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining the station vehicle fleet, including live satellite trucks.
• Coordinate maintenance and training with vendors/contractors.
