Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of professional engineering or broadcast experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combined certification and experience
• Strong familiarity with Windows OS, server/desktop environments, and networking/IP systems
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting broadcast equipment and transmission systems
• Ability to stay calm, clear, and effective under pressure in live production environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility to work weekends or on-call hours as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and traverse the workspace
