Broadcast Management Group (BMG) seeks a Broadcast Design Engineer to support coast-to-coast projects. The role involves designing systems, creating equipment lists, and troubleshooting broadcast and IT networks. You’ll work on Flypack, OB trucks and REMI systems, traveling as needed.

Strong independent work ethic and ability to engage with designs for future expansion are essential. The position reports to the SVP of Technology and entails developing synoptic diagrams, rack elevations, and

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of broadcast systems design experience.
• Strong knowledge of IP Video, Dante and REMI systems.
• Ability to design, read and develop broadcast engineering AutoCAD drawings.
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignments.

Mansioni

• Manage integration projects of both small and large scale.
• Create equipment lists and conceptual drawings, and estimate labor and P&M costs for system proposals.
• Create, read, understand and develop broadcast engineering AutoCAD design drawings.
• Terminate video, audio, control and network cables.
• Work independently or with external vendors on integration projects, equipment commissioning, and training.
• Interface positively with clients and install teams.
• Assist with planned system upgrades and expansion of projects.
• Perform customer equipment maintenance as needed, including overtime.
