The role requires familiarity with NexGen and Adobe Audition, excellent multitasking, and strong communication. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required, with on-site work at our Pembroke Pines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems preferred.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
• Monitor on-air programming for quality, timing, and FCC compliance.
• Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams for smooth transitions and accurate ad placement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.
