Job summary

ProductionHUB, Inc. designs, maintains, and repairs digital and analog AV infrastructure for broadcast channels, studio productions, streaming networks, and executive presentations. You ensure zero-downtime transmissions through real-time signal troubleshooting and adherence to industry standards.

You will support IP-based AV systems, manage live events, calibrate equipment, document procedures, and drive modernization across executive facilities and webcasts.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and repair digital and analog AV infrastructure for broadcast channels, studio/field productions, streaming networks.
• Manage AV infrastructure, presentation technologies, and channel monitoring for executive assemblies.
• Provide end-to-end technical production support for cameras, audio, signal routing, and streaming encoders.
• Diagnose, repair, and service failing hardware while managing power distribution to extend reliability.
• Calibrate audio and video equipment to industry standards for broadcast and streaming quality.
• Draft and update standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Perform real-time signal monitoring and quality control during live events to resolve disruptions.
• Design, configure, and maintain IP-based audio, video, lighting, and network systems across facilities.
• Reconfigure transmission circuits and rapidly swap redundant hardware under live broadcast conditions.
• Evaluate emerging AV technologies to recommend upgrades and modernization.
• Share updates and best practices with team members to align engineering standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Director.
