Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting or Audio Production, with at least two (2) years of professional audio-recording experience. Practical substitution allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• Must be able to move/lift/carry equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate audio systems to create high quality programs for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Provide audio recording services and mic placement expertise under Producers and Directors guidance.
• Act as an audio board operator on live and recorded studio multi-camera productions; handle field audio with multicam interviews.
• Assist with grip and lighting, operate studio/field cameras as needed, and support production goals.
