Job summary

Lewis County PUD in Chehalis, WA is seeking a Broadband Service Coordinator to serve as the first contact for customers, processing applications, creating service orders, and coordinating workflows to meet district goals.

You will work closely with district staff and contractors to ensure accurate data in COS and related systems, provide first-level technical support, and manage service drops, installations, and billing activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in telecommunications, business, or related field.
• Minimum two years' experience in telecommunications or customer service.
• Working knowledge of broadband operations and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for broadband customers, responding to inquiries and providing information on services and installation timelines.
• Receive, process, and maintain applications for new, modified, and retired broadband service drops and provider subscriptions.
• Administer broadband service orders and workflows, tracking projects and billing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot customer data in COS and related systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate service drop installations and communications among contractors, NoaNet, and district staff.
