You will drive to customer sites, install and troubleshoot services, configure Wi‑Fi, and document work in real time. The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and customer service, with clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• In-person field position required
• Live within commuting distance of hiring location
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
• Ability to climb ladders up to 28 feet and lift up to 100 pounds
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Background screening satisfactory with no felonies
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and businesses
• Install and troubleshoot internet, TV, phone and smart home services
• Configure Wi-Fi equipment and educate customers
• Complete work electronically and move to next customer
