Job summary

Shentel is seeking a Drop Technician to install broadband service drops, including aerial and buried drops, for residential and commercial customers. You will operate a vibratory plow/trencher, read and maintain schematics, and bore under sidewalks and driveways as needed. A self-starter capable of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work is required.

Education: High School Diploma or GED. 2–3 years of field operations or construction experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
