Job summary

Astound is seeking a Broadband Dispatcher II in Massachusetts to coordinate technician routes, monitor progress, and maintain clear contact with field teams. The role includes pre-call preparation, post-install surveys, and ensuring ICOMS data aligns with work orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of dispatch or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in dispatch or call center environment
• Microsoft Office

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Base Salary: The base pay range in Massachusetts for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations.
