Shift Details: Days of the week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Shift start time: 05:30 PM

Requirements and Description
Job Summary:

Responsible for providing customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and handling queries or complaints. No experience required but preferred. Paid training provided.

Job Duties:
  • Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
  • Handle ticketing and check-in using computerized systems, including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and complaint resolution.
  • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes.
  • Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
  • Push wheelchairs and assist passengers throughout the airport.
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within skill and experience levels.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to obtain necessary credentials per airport, state, or customs requirements
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs constantly, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, grasp, climb, and crawl
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work all flight days, including weekends
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality required
