The Server is responsible for the service of menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards. This includes assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment area via opening and closing checklists. The Server also embodies and promotes a philosophy consistent with the Company culture, serving as a guide to all team members.

Essential Job Functions

• Documents all accidents and incidents per company policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeable about all menu items, including prices, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
• Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
• Organized and able to maintain focus while serving multiple guests.
• Physically capable of transporting food and beverages, with a minimum lifting requirement of 30 lbs.
• Serves orders efficiently, maintaining good coordination and physical endurance.
• Performs job functions with minimal supervision.
• Prepares guest checks and processes payments following cash handling procedures.

Requirements: One to two years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
