Job Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service of menu items and beverages to guests, adhering to company standards.
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment through opening and closing checklists.
• Create a welcoming environment that values guest service and promotes a high-energy atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring intoxication levels.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, presentation, and pairing suggestions.
• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell menu items effectively.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including documentation of incidents.
• Lift and transport food and beverages, with a minimum weight of 30 lbs, as required.
