The Prep Cook is responsible for planning, prepping, setting up, and providing quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets, in accordance with company standards. This role involves maintaining organization, cleanliness, sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Coordinate with Chefs and inspect workstations for cleanliness and organization.
  • Start prep work on menu items and organize all necessary prep items for service.
