The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role involves adhering to company culture and standards to ensure a positive environment for both staff and guests.

Essential Job Functions

• Inspects cleanliness of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Retrieves and sorts dirty dishes, following all safety precautions.
• Places racks through dishwashing systems and shelves clean dishes per standards.
