Job Description

Come join our reinvigorated Brio and Bravo brands as we go back-to-basics to offer our creative, made-to-order menu with light and fresh ingredients that we all know and love across all of our premier restaurant locations. We are now led by the restaurant group that successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's! The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. Assists in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Leads, implements, and maintains a philosophy aligned with the company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

  9. Ensures compliance with policies regarding intoxicated guests and alcohol service regulations.
  10. Maintains knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic menu items, garnishes, and glassware.
  11. Adheres to state liquor laws, including service to minors and intoxicated patrons.
  12. Maintains knowledge of bar operations, menu prices, and inventory.
  13. Greet guests, take orders, and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
  14. Prepare checks and process payments following cash handling procedures.

Additional Info: Two years of experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or equivalent education and experience.
