Job Description

We are now led by the restaurant group that successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's! The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. Assists in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Leads, implements, and maintains a philosophy aligned with the company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

12. Maintains knowledge of bar operations, menu prices, and inventory.
13. Greet guests, take orders, and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
14. Prepare checks and process payments following cash handling procedures.
