These are now led by the restaurant group that successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's!

The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. They assist in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists, and they embody a philosophy aligned with the company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

  • Maintains knowledge of all alcoholic menu items, brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, and specials.
  • Knows the proper glassware and garnishes for each drink.
  • Adheres to state liquor regulations, including service to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Maintains knowledge of bar setup, hours, pricing, and inventory.
  • Greet guests, take orders using suggestive selling techniques, and process payments accurately.

Additional requirements include at least two years of experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
