Role Description: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. They assist in maintaining bar equipment and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Create a high-energy environment that values guest service and promotes engagement.
  2. Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering a respectful work environment.
  3. Ensure prompt, friendly service according to guidelines.
  4. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, and service standards.
  5. Comply with all liquor laws, including service to minors and intoxicated guests.
  6. Handle all cash and credit transactions accurately.
  7. Greet guests and take orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
  8. Ensure safety and compliance in all aspects of service.

Requirements: Minimum two years of experience in mixology, liquor, and food service, or equivalent education and experience.

Additional Information: This is an entry-level, full-time management and manufacturing role within the restaurant industry.
