The restaurant group successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of iconic Italian restaurant brands like Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's. The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. Assists in maintaining bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Leads, implements, and maintains a philosophy aligned with the company culture, guiding all staff members.

• Handle guest orders, checks, and payments professionally.
• Possess at least two years of experience or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or equivalent education and experience.
