The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. They assist in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. The role involves embodying a philosophy aligned with the company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

• Adhere to all policies regarding safety, accidents, and incidents.
• Prepare guest checks, process payments, and handle cash and credit card transactions securely.

Additional Info: Two years of experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
