The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests courteously and efficiently, adhering to company standards. They assist in maintaining bar equipment and follow opening and closing checklists. The role requires a philosophy aligned with the company's culture, serving as a guide to staff.

  • Ensure guest service standards are met or exceeded, creating a positive impression to encourage repeat business.
