Responsibilities

• The Server Assistant provides assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operation.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Support the team in delivering excellent guest experiences by adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions include:

• Creating a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.
• Communicating effectively with management and team members.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and safety standards.
• Ensuring prompt, friendly service and proper table setups.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and guest areas.
• Assisting with table bussing and guest needs.

Preferred experience: One to two years in a similar role or relevant training.
