Job summary

Gulf Companies is seeking a Brine Facility Operator to run and maintain its solution mining facility under Gulf ESS contract. You will perform rounds, operate pumps, and monitor SCADA systems to support 24x7 operations.

The role requires 3+ years field experience, a Texas driver's license, and commitment to safety. A high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication complete the profile.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience in industrial facilities operations.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Available for rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• General computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to Gulf's safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds of salt cavern wells and disposal wells to check operation.
• Start/stop or adjust speed of pumps and align valves; perform basic maintenance.
• Operate SCADA system to control leaching operations and generate reports.
• Coordinate with operations personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Work rotating shifts to ensure 24x7 operation.
• Follow written procedures and leader instructions; comply with safety protocols.
