Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by enforcing access-control procedures and site policies.
• Verify credentials and issue temporary access, and maintain access-related records.
• Respond calmly to access concerns and incidents, escalating per procedures.
• Monitor access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report irregularities.
• Conduct regular patrols of property common areas, entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
