Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles at a logistics location.
• Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and vehicle access documentation per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document security-related activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking, and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
