Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments and common areas, and assisting with move-ins, while delivering exceptional service with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork.

You will respond quickly to needs, assist in emergencies, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond quickly to resident or guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• May be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers.
