Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to create a warm, inviting morning dining experience for guests. You will set up, maintain, and sanitize the breakfast area while ensuring friendly service and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities include stocking and preparing simple items, greeting guests, and assisting with inventory. This role focuses on consistent hospitality across our Cleveland area properties and opportunities for growth within the Concord

Qualifications

• Friendly and guest-focused attitude.
• Able to work mornings and stand for long periods.
• Basic food safety and cleanliness awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
