Job summary

Curtis Contracting, Inc. is seeking a field leader to orchestrate bridge maintenance operations in Richmond, VA. You will guide crews, schedule work, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Expect to coordinate inspections, work with subcontractors, and mentor teams while upholding company values and safety standards. A strong track record in field leadership and OSHA 10 certification is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in construction with leadership of field crews.
• Hands-on bridge structure construction as foreman, supervisor, or lead.
• Planning logistics, coordinating vendors, and passing inspections.
• OSHA 10 certification and valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily bridge maintenance operations and enforce CCI policies onsite.
• Build and manage schedules, coordinate inspections, align equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to meet milestones.
• Coach field teams: set expectations, provide feedback, and discipline when needed.
• Safeguard compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
