Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Structures Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance operations for local bridges and structures around Orlando, FL.

The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies, with on-call, day and night shifts as needed. Minimum 1 year of related bridge/structure repair experience is expected, and candidates should be able to read plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience with roadway maintenance or construction tasks.
• MOT certifications at an advanced level are preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications for structures.
• CDL license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance operations for local bridges and structures in the Orlando area.
• Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
• Maintain safety practices and operate construction tools in a safe and proper manner.
• Be flexible with day and night shifts and be available for on-call work as needed.
