JGM Fabricators & Constructors in Sinking Spring, PA, is seeking a skilled structural welder to join a high-precision shop that fabricates bridge components. You will perform welds across FCAW, GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAW, read weld symbols, and follow WPSs and shop drawings to code. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The job offers a 5:00 AM start, 10-hour shifts, competitive hourly pay, and a strong benefits package in a dedicated 75,000 SF facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of structural steel welding experience.
• Preference for AWS certifications (D1.1 / D1.5).
• Ability to decipher weld symbols, WPSs, and shop drawings.
• Commitment to weld integrity, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute structural welds with FCAW, GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAW to meet code.
• Decipher weld symbols, WPSs, and detailed shop drawings.
• Perform weld prep, grinding, gouging, and final cleanup.
• Safely utilize overhead cranes, fixtures, and handle heavy plate assemblies.
• Maintain strict adherence to AISC, AWS, and OSHA standards.
