Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our Philadelphia-area team. The role focuses on structural engineering for transportation and bridge projects, including inspections and design, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

A PE is preferred and EIT is required, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, Midas, and STAAD. The position is full-time with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, Midas and STAAD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bridge inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Design and analyze structural components using listed software.
• Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for bridge design projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical support to clients and team members as required.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and PennDOT regulations.
