Job summary

C.A. Hull LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead a project team in the completion of bridge construction and rehabilitation projects in Michigan.

The role covers planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of PM experience on heavy/highway construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant experience.
• At least five (5) years of Project Management or similar on bridge/DOT heavy/highway projects.
• Experience with MDOT is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of budgets, cost control and financial management.
• Significant experience with construction software.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team in successful completion of new bridge construction and bridge rehabilitation projects in Michigan.
• Oversee project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting/control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable laws.
