Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium projects or large, routine projects.
• Coordinate professional staff across entire project development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents with other staff.
• Coordinate workload and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
• Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to meet schedule.
• Work with the Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews.
