You will direct crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to drive safe, on-time execution and long-term structural quality. The role offers autonomy, a competitive salary of $85,000–$110,000 per year with a performance-based bonus, weekly pay, a 401(k) with generous match, and comprehensive medical with an HSA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive field construction leadership experience with emphasis on bridge building.
• Deep technical expertise in abutment construction, pile driving, beam setting, and deck forming.
• Ability to read engineering plans, interpret contract specs, and manage site schedules.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, material suppliers, and multi-disciplinary crews.

Responsibilities

• Direct complete daily field operations for bridge construction to keep work safe, on schedule, and within budget.
• Oversee structural operations including abutments, pile driving, beam setting, and deck forming.
• Plan site logistics, create look-ahead plans, and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review engineering drawings and contract specs for site precision and compliance.
• Communicate contractual issues and progress with executive leadership and project managers.
• Mentor site personnel to foster a safety-first, high-performing field culture.
