Job summary

Garver’s Transportation team in Franklin, Tennessee seeks a Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge design efforts for state and local DOTs. The role focuses on coordinating design with subconsultants, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering complete project packages.

You will mentor engineers, support bid phases and construction, and contribute to marketing efforts and fee negotiations in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license via reciprocity.
• 10–15 years of relevant transportation design project delivery experience with knowledge of AASHTO LRFD.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design of bridge projects for state and local DOTs.
• Lead bridge-focused projects or act as bridge lead on transportation projects.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines and subconsultants.
• Communicate with clients on deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and calculations for delivery packages.
