The successful candidate will be licensed by the Massachusetts DESE, understand middle school pedagogy, and provide small-group support and assignments tracking under the Bridge Program Coordinator and Title I Director. EOE.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education required.
• Knowledge of middle school philosophy, organization, and curriculum.
• Understanding of the middle school student and his/her early adolescent needs.
• Knowledge of recommended middle school instructional practices.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
• Enjoys working with middle school students.
