Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid PE licensure in Utah or reciprocity with Utah.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience post-PE licensure; 6+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bridge planning, preservation, and load rating concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and develop repeatable methodologies for bridge condition projections and lifecycle management.
• Lead planning, programming documents, and preservation/replacement strategies within budget constraints.
• Provide technical support, lead presentations, and participate in national bridge initiatives.
