Qualifications

• Four years of full-time civil engineering experience.
• Valid New York State PE license required.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience as a major contributor or project leader on a complex project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer-in-Charge in Bridge Management and perform load rating analysis.
• Sign and seal Load Ratings documents and perform structural analysis.
• Conduct field bridge inspections for project scoping and RFP support.
• Review budget plans for bridge rehabilitation projects and supervise staff.
