Zohorecruit is seeking a Bridge Loan Officer for our private lender client in Southern California. The role focuses on originating bridge loans across the Western region, building relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and agents, and delivering timely funding with underwriting support from the team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of CRE debt underwriting or originations, active NMLS, and strong financial analysis, negotiation, and CRM discipline.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial lending/banking/financial services with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Active NMLS registration.
• Mastery of commercial loan structures, underwriting, and risk.
• Fluent in financial statement and credit analysis.

• Originating and closing new loan opportunities, with a focus on bridge loans, across the Los Angeles market.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and agents.
