Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required in New York; additional state licenses preferred.

• HWA-approved comprehensive bridge inspection training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 and Level 2 bridge load rating analyses using various methodologies.
• Prepare load rating reports incorporating inspection data and material properties.
• Utilize AASHTOWare Bridge Rating software for integrated load rating workflows.

Skills

Proficiency with AASHTOWare Bridge Rating software

Strong understanding of AASHTO LRFR

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
