Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience emphasizing bridge design, inspection, and load rating.
• Professional Engineer license in New York and other states preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AASHTOWare Bridge Rating software.

• Serve as Engineer of Record for complex load rating assignments.
• Establish and improve quality control processes for load rating models.
