Fishbeck seeks a Bridge Inspection Lead to grow and manage its national bridge inspection practice with the Transportation team. You will lead project execution, client development, and staff mentoring across multiple states.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and 15+ years of bridge inspection experience, with DOT and BrR qualifications. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license required.
• 15+ years of bridge inspection or related DOT/local agency experience.
• Qualified bridge inspection program manager and team leader experience.
• Experience with DOT bridge management software and load ratings in AASHTOWare BrR.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the bridge inspection practice, including supporting recruiting efforts with bridge team leaders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff.
• Manage contracts with DOTs, counties, local agencies, private clients, and partners.
• Identify and pursue bridge inspection contracts in current and future office locations.
• Lead pursuits, prepare proposals, and develop fees for projects.
• Develop strategic alliances to provide bridge inspection services.
• Collaborate with other departments to support client development and cross-marketing.
