Align is looking for a seasoned professional to lead and grow its National Bridge Inspection Practice across multiple states, including Texas. This senior-level position requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and over 15 years of experience in bridge inspection. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, lead project execution, and develop strategic alliances. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in bridge inspection or related roles supporting DOT or local agency projects.
• Qualified bridge inspection program manager and team leader experience.
• Experience performing load ratings in AASHTOWare BrR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow bridge inspection practice, including recruiting with assistance from bridge team leaders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff.
• Manage contracts with various clients such as DOT’s, counties, locals, private, etc.
