Qualifications

• Proficiency in Steel Detailing for infrastructure projects.
• Interpret and create Shop Drawings for fabrication and field teams.
• Experience with Rebar layouts for structural/bridge apps.
• Read Architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Hands-on CAD detailing with AutoCAD/Tekla/SDS2 or similar.
• Knowledge of AISC, AWS, and DOT standards and codes.
• Strong analytical, math, and spatial skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers and shops.
• Associate degree or equivalent in structural detailing or related field.
• Prior steel fabrication/bridge infrastructure experience preferred.
