Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is hiring a Program Attendant for The Way Out Center Bridge Housing Program in Spokane, WA. This role involves providing support, direction, and supervision to guests dealing with homelessness, mental health, and addiction issues.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, assisting in meal service, managing documentation, and participating in employee development training, all while representing the values of The Salvation Army.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a Criminal and Driver Background Check.
• Obtain WA State Food Handler’s Card and CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Complete documentation and data entry tasks.
• Assist with special events as assigned.
• Ensure meal service during shifts.
